Who is Godfrey Kyazze?
Godfrey and Olga Kyazze are married with one son called Ben’el Jordan Kyazze. Godfrey works as a program Officer at Family Life Network.

Profession
Godfrey trained as a secondary teacher (from Kyambogo University), a Theologian (from Gland Tidings Bible College) and also has a certificate in Organizational Management and Leadership from SALT Leaderships training.

Task at FLN
As a program Officer Godfrey is in charge of coordinating programs on parenting and marriage.

Background
Before joining Family Life Network, Godfrey volunteered as a Life skills trainer in the “aid for AIDS” then, an HIV/AIDS prevention program with Scripture Union of Uganda for 2 years. It was September 2003 that he started volunteering with Family Life Network in schools’ program. From where he was enrolled full time as Field Officer in June 2004, then became Program (Officer for the University program in 2005 and then the program Officer for UNPN (the parents program) from 2006 to date)

Experience
This is what Godfrey says about his experience in FLN:
“It has been a wonderful experience working with FLN since 2003 when I joined as a volunteer. I had just completed school the time I joined. So I was naïve at many issues in life. Having come from a single-parent family, a lot was missing  and I needed direction in life. But through the trainings I acquired from FLN, and then having an opportunity to teach the same materials to other people I have empowered to be a responsible and focused person. Through FLN program one is exposed to time tested and proven principles and guidelines which are very relevant in nurturing and establishing a Family institution and life in general.” Such experience has made Godfrey a proud husband and father with a happy family.
